Area 30 Career Center Driver Registration/Vehicle Release (2026-2027)
All students who drive to Area 30 Career Center must complete this form. By completing and submitting this form, the student and the parent are confirming that they have the legal minimum liability insurance to drive in the State of Indiana for each vehicle registered.  To be considered for approval, each student and a parent/guardian must agree to the Vehicle Parking Unconditional Release of Liability. Students must follow the driving policies of Area 30 Career Center and their associated high school.

Vehicle Parking Unconditional Release of Liability 

In order for a student, staff member, or any other individual to park their vehicle or the vehicle of another person on the grounds, in the parking lot, or in facilities belonging to Area 30 Career Center, the registered vehicle owner must complete this form.

Specifically, the five (5) school corporations that operate Area 30 Career Center, or Area 30 Career Center itself will assume no liability, responsibility for damage, or theft resulting from the vehicle(s) are left on the grounds at the Area 30 Career Center.

I/we, the undersigned registered vehicle owner(s) have read the statements above and agree to the terms.  I/we agree to not hold the program, schools, or anyone else associated with Area 30 Career Center responsible for theft or damage while the vehicle is parked on the grounds at Area 30 Career Center.

Owner(s) signing below certifies that they are the legal title holder of vehicle(s) that are to be parked on the grounds or in facilities at Area 30 Career Center.
