UF Carpentries Code of Conduct Incident Report Form
The UF Carpentries Club exists to foster a community for inclusive learning and teaching of informatics skills. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or any behavior that excludes or causes discomfort to others. If you feel that the Code of Conduct was violated in one of our events or online spaces, please complete this form to report the incident.

Please tell us about any conflicts of interest you may have reporting this incident.
Conflicts of interest include: personal or professional relationships between the reporter, the reportee, workshop organizers, Carpentries Club board members, or UF Informatics Institute staff.
