Vendor passes are available in different levels with advertising packages.  Please select your level below and a contract will be sent to you if you have been selected to participate in our event.

Vendor Pass is $250. Vendor pass includes booth space and two tickets. You will need to provide your own shade/pop-up. Payment is due within 3 days of signing this agreement. Additional tickets can be purchased at a discounted rate for $100.00.  Children ages 11-17 are required to have a ticket for MVMF.  Children’s Vendor Discounted tickets can be purchased for $75.00.

Bronze Advertising is $500, includes Vendor Booth and two tickets, 2 Facebook/Instagram Posts promoting your business and Logo placement on Website (with link to your site) and general flyers and Mountain Vibe posters.

Silver Advertising is $750, Includes Bronze level as well as 1 brand partnership e-mail and Logo on Mountain Vibe 2024 lanyards, give to all staff and artists.

Gold Advertising is $1000, Includes Silver level as well as Logo on Welcome Banners & throughout campsites.

Platinum Advertising is $2000, Includes Gold level as well as Full banner on festival stage.
