Clojure/conj Lunch Ambassador Program
What is this? Lunch ambassadors will lead a group of 6-8 people out during the lunch hour to one of several restaurants that we have arranged. All meals will be self-pay and each restaurant will take separate checks.

Who can participate? Anyone attending the conference can be a lunch ambassador! You merely need to be willing to get the conversation going at lunch. It can be as easy as going around the group and asking names, where home is, interest in Clojure, etc.

Why are we doing this? Over 50% of attendees have not attended Clojure/conj before this year. We also have many people attending the conference solo. This is a great way to create community during meal times and make everyone feel welcome at the conference!

Which Restaurants? We're still working on this. Every restaurant should be within 1/2 mile of the Hilton Baltimore. If you have any recommendations, email!

How does this work? At lunch on Thursday and/or Friday you will gather at a designated area and hold up a sign with restaurant information. As soon as you have a group of 6-8 people (we will specify this # based on restaurant) you will lead the group to the restaurant. We will email more logistical details before the conference!
