Purpose: Snake Haus takes in surrendered animals on a case by case basis.  Availability of placement depends on how full we are and what our current housing capabilities are. 

We reserve the right to decline any surrender request. 

Commitment: The person surrendering this animal releases all rights to this animal and shall not seek them out in their new home with Snake Haus.  They understand this animal may be kept as a long-term permanent resident at one of the Snake Haus care facilities OR rehomed to a qualified care giver if deemed appropriate.  The surrendering person is giving Snake Haus the power to make health decisions and provide medical care as recommended by the Snake Haus Veterinarians.
