Welcome to Raptorthon 5  - Sunday, March 4, 2018

          *Pre-Race Meeting@7:00AM. Please be on time so you do not miss any information.
          *Warm-up from 7:15-7:45 for both running and swimming
          *First race@7:55AM. The first heat will be for individuals. Teams will follow.

REGISTRATION AND FEES - This form will allow you to register for Raptorthon 5.  Please complete all required questions, submit the form and pay fees (₹350 for individuals and ₹700 per team) at the AISC Cashiers window before 5PM on Friday, March 2, 2018. Late entries on day of race will be ₹500 per person.

• Pre-paid receipts must be presented at check-in on Race Day to confirm payment.
• If for some reason one member of a team is not able to attend, PARTICIPANTS are responsible for finding their own replacement.

NOTE REGARDING LATE REGISTRATION - We ask that you make every effort to register by March 2, 2018 to avoid logistical challenges. Please note the following regarding Late Registrations:
•     Late Registration Fee: ₹500 per person to be paid in exact amount on race day.
•     Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion on the day of the event. If you register on Race Day, we do not guarantee that you will receive your certificate that day.

INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANTS - Each INDIVIDUAL participant (regardless of age) should fill in this registration form. This will ensure that you receive 1) pre-race information, 2) a Certificate of Completion with your name and times, and 3) an email copy of the event results.

TEAM PARTICIPANTS -  TEAMS will register together on a SINGLE registration form. Please do not duplicate your registration. This will ensure that you receive 1) pre-race information, 2) a Certificate of Completion for each participant with your names and times, and 3) an email copy of the event results.

AGE RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Student participants must be in Grade 3 and above and be capable of swimming 150m
        using freestyle or breaststroke. (Check with Coach Donna if you are not sure).
• A responsible adult must accompany any participant younger than Grade 6.
