Special Equipment or Room Needs
All session rooms will be equipped with an LCD projector and screen. The presenter must provide all other hardware, including laptop computers, cords, adapters, etc. We will attempt to honor any special equipment or technology needs, but can make no guarantees. Rooms are typically set up banquet style (rounds/crescent rounds). If you require a different setup, please detail requests below.
