Please complete this form if you are interested in becoming a CTL Teaching Consultant. Teaching Consultants will conduct teaching observations in pairs throughout the 2017-18 academic year. We will conduct a review of applications on September 1.

Note that in order to be a Teaching Consultant, you must be an alum of one of the following programs: Teaching Observation Fellows, Peer Teaching Consultants, or Teagle Fellow. PTC and Teagle Fellows alums must complete an orientation to the service before going out on paid observations.

Availability for an orientation to the CTL Teaching Observation service (PTCs and Teagle Fellows only):
Former PTCs and Teagle Fellows are required to complete an orientation to the CTL Teaching Observation service before going out on paid observations. To help us schedule this orientation, please indicate times between September 12 - 23 when you anticipate NOT being available. Former TOFs do not need to complete this orientation and can skip this question.

How many teaching observations do you anticipate being able to complete?
Please provide an estimate for Fall 2017 and Spring 2018. Hired Teaching Consultants are expected to complete a minimum of five teaching observations during the 2017-18 academic year. Compensation is $100 per completed Teaching Observation.
