2025 Foster Care Museum Call for Submissions

In honor of National Foster Care Month in May, the Foster Care Museum Planning Committee is seeking submissions that express viewpoints and experiences of current and former foster youth. Submissions can include artwork, written pieces, personal artifacts/items or any other meaningful representations of time in care.

Please include an artist statement (an artist statement is what the piece means to you and how it represents your time in care).

Submitted pieces will be displayed in the 3rd Annual Foster Care Museum happening March 20 - May 11 at The Museum of Northern California Art (monca) in Chico.

All ages welcome, maximum of 2 submissions
