Little U's
The Learnery, our microschool offers three core tracks to support holistic learning and growth for families, youth and educators:
Family Track: Families collaborate to help children (up to 14 years old) earn micro-credentials and participate in a community-based learning environment.
Youth Track: Youth aged 13 and above build a skills portfolio toward a high school diploma, focusing on real-world experience and personal growth.
Teaching Track: Designed for parents, caregivers, and educators interested in professional development and training to facilitate quality learning in community settings.
This single form allows you to enroll your whole family across different tracks - such as a child in the Family Track, a youth in the Youth Track, and yourself as a Teaching Track participant. Each page gathers important details needed for governance and to meet charity/NPO requirements.
The information in the form will come across very dense because we want to assist you to make informed decisions about starting or renewing your journey with us. Please take your time to think through the items as a commitment to Little U will be a huge change for your family.
How to Use this Form
- Each page has required fields, so you may not be able to move freely back and forth using the Google Form buttons. Click ‘Back’ at the bottom of the page if you need to review or update previous information.
- To enroll more than three children in the Family Track, please submit an additional form for each group of three.
- If you need extra help or space, submit multiple forms as needed.
This form will take you about 5-7 minutes to fill in.We reserve the right to turn away applicants who :
- do not fit our beneficiary profiles (see here)
- disclosed false information
- submitted an incomplete form (you will need to refill the form)
