Remote Support Terms and Conditions I (Client) agree to pay Web X Development (WXD) to repair, analyze and troubleshoot my computer software at the quoted rate per hour.Payment• Payment of one hour or more may be secured prior to the appointment.• Billing starts at the time of the appointment. Missed appointments fees are $50 unless you hold a prepay ticket. Cancellations are $50 if not cancelled within 4 hours of appointment. No fee for a prepay ticket holder.Time and Billing• A one hour appointment can be used in 30 min increments. Credit will be offered if you paid for 1 hour and used 30 min. You can use that time when you have another issue.• If you buy a 2 or 3 hour ticket, you can use these in 15 min increments.• All calls are rounded up to 15 min if you purchase a two or three hour ticket.Data• I also certify that I will indemnify and hold harmless WXD for any and all data or software that may be lost or erased, as well as for any consequence of the erasure or loss of that data or software. Although WXD will take every precaution to preserve all data and software on the computer, I acknowledge that occasionally data loss will occur and/or software operation may be compromised.• During a remote support call, if WXD determines it’s necessary, the data is always backed up to the clients computer or external hard drive. We do not back up the data on Web X Development servers.Technical Malfunctions• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless WXD for any and all hardware or software malfunctions or accidents that may occur before, during or after work is performed on Client’s computer, and for any results thereof.• WXD reserves the right to recommend another IT company if the troubleshooting requires the assistance of another technician. Any private information stored on your computer or viewed by our computer repair technicians during a remote support call will be held confidential unless required by law.• Any private or personal information provided via email to Web X Development will be kept confidential.• Your information is never sold or shared to outside companies Please complete the form below if you agree to the terms above *
