Thank you for visiting the HMC Media Rentals form! We are happy to help you with any of your Audio Visual needs. If your event is in McMillan Café, Holmes Lounge, Goldberg Formal Lounge, The Orchid Room, or Tisch Commons, you will not need to rent equipment. Please work with your Event Coordinator to confirm Audio Visual equipment that already exists within those spaces.

Please note - Equipment rates are PER DAY. Equipment must be returned between 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday, and 9am-7pm on Fridays to DUC Room 340. A $100/day late fee will be added to any equipment reservations not returned on the agreed upon date. Equipment rented on Friday can be returned on Monday by 5pm for a single day charge and without incurring additional fees.
