Generally, No Shame cards should be about behaviors or thoughts that we all are aware of, but rarely talk about. This isn't a hard rule, but the very best No Shame cards get to the heart of this idea.

Please be as shameless as possible. We're especially looking for questions that come from perspectives different from our own, and that will challenge our thoughts and opinions.
