Registration Policies
By signing below, I/we grant permission for the child named above to participate in all activities connected with the registered class at Smart Art Studio. I/we further agree to abide by the Smart Art Studio Policies

Smart Art will review behavior expectations with students before and during classes. However, Smart Art reserves the right to dismiss a student for problematic behavior that results in the repeated disruption of class or for disrespect of fellow students or instructor.

I have read the above behavior policy. I agree that my child will follow the instructions of the Smart Art staff & will treat other individuals with courtesy and respect. I understand that if my child fails to do so, he/she will not be allowed to participate in the program and no refund will be issued.

I understand that if my child misses a class with prior notification, they will have up to six weeks to make up the class and any classes missed without prior notification shall not garner a make up class

I understand that parents or siblings not registered in the class, are not allowed to attend the online class with children to avoid unnecessary disruption to the class.

I understand that Smart Art's team will send an email invite using the platform Google Meet for the weekly online class, 5 minutes prior to class time and it's my responsibility to ensure they are present at class time.

I understand that Smart Art will provide a supply list of all the materials they will need for class, and upon needing additional materials for any of the classes, they are to inform me by up to 72 hours ahead of class time.

I understand that Smart Art only offers art education classes to children and that is the only service for which I am signing my child up. I understand that, unless otherwise stated, Smart Art doesn't have instructors that are trained to deal with any learning or other disabilities and thus maintains the right to refuse the registration of children with learning or other disabilities.  
 
I grant Smart Art permission for use of photographs and/or images of my child and/or his or her artwork for educational, publicity, archival, or grant purposes. These images will be in print, media or broadcast formats. I understand that written requests denying this must be given at the time of registration or before the first day of class by the parent/guardian of student.
