Want to make a splash with women working in government from across Arizona? 

We are thrilled to invite you to be part of our 2025 Women’s Leadership Conference on November 6 - 7, 2025 at the Phoenix Convention Center. Submit your dynamic session idea for the 2025 Conference by completing the information below!

This event is designed to help women who are in all walks of their leadership journey embrace their strengths, find their purpose, and take charge of their personal and professional lives through speaker messages of empowerment and inspiration, networking opportunities, and the sharing of information to assist in career advancement.

Arizona Women Leading Government’s 2025 Theme is Waves of Wisdom: Empowering Women Leaders

Your presentation should generally align with at least one of our key topics:

  1. Leadership Tides – Harnessing strength and influence. Building new skills.
  2. Navigating Storms – Overcoming challenges and adversity.
  3. Riding the Waves of Change – Adapting and thriving in evolving environments.
  4. Seeing the Shore of Your Career Path – Setting goals and achieving career success.

We are curating both main-stage speakers and breakout sessions! These are typically 60-90 minutes in length.

Consider the following Submission Requirements:

  1. Overview – A compelling one-paragraph overview of your topic.
  2. Potential Speakers + Bios – Your expertise, experience and background. Video examples of you or your nominees speaking are highly recommended for success in our selection process!
  3. Content Breakdown – How the topic relates to the theme and why this topic is important for our attendees to hear.
  4. Key Takeaways – What attendees will learn, how the topic relates to the theme, and how they will apply the information to their lives and careers.
  5. Interactive Engagement and Creativity – We’re looking for unique approaches, so all our presentations do not look the same. How will you involve the audience?
