Studio Payment: A one-time non-transferable/non-refundable deposit of half the total amount is required to confirm the booking. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to the rental. If the reservation is within a month of the event, payment must be made in full. Balance must be paid before the day of rental. DAY-OF PAYMENT IS NOT PERMITTED. *
Cancellations: With a cancellation of 3 weeks or more in advance, you will have studio credit towards a future rental. Cancelling within 3 weeks of your event will result in loss of deposit. In case of hazardous weather conditions (based on NYC school system closings) we will credit you toward a rescheduled or future rental. *
Set-up/Clean-up: We allocate 15 minutes prior & after rental to ensure set-up & clean-up, unless previously notified. If renter goes over 15 minutes we will charge for the full hour. Evening renters are asked to vacate the studio no later than 15 minutes after rental ends. *
