NAACO Regional Meeting Request Form
Until further notice, NAACO regional meetings will be held virtually. NAACO HQ has the ability to provide regions with the following support to hold an event:

1) Use of the HQ Zoom platform.
2) Speaker management and training.
3) Technical support and production the day of the event.
4) Marketing of the event to those in your region.
5) Listing on the NAACO website.
6) Know-before-you-go email.
7) Registration management.
8) Staff will provide attendee rosters to regional leadership.
9) Follow-up survey support if requested.

What the region needs to provide:

1) The overall schedule and content.
2) Speakers, session names, session descriptions, and speaker information.
3) Help hosting and moderating the event (HQ staff will facilitate this with you)
4) Help crafting the overall messaging of the event.

While NAACO continues to support virtual regional meetings on Zoom, registration fees will be $25 for members and $50 for nonmembers. The host will receive two complimentary registrations to be redeemed at checkout.

To request a virtual regional meeting, please complete the form below at least 6 weeks prior to your first requested date. Please note that due to scheduling considerations, you will be asked to provide multiple date options.

Please do not promote any official date to your region until it is confirmed by NAACO HQ.

NAACO meetings staff will contact you at the email provided in this form within 3 business days to confirm your event day and time as well as schedule your pre-event planning meeting.
