Semester 1 2025 Lunchtime Concert Application
Hi everyone!

Thank you for applying to perform in our Lunchtime Concert series, held in Sir Jack Lyons Concert Hall every Tuesday from 13:10 and will last up to 40 mins.  

This form is for the concerts taking place after reading week specifically the following dates: the 4th of November (week 6), 11th of November (week 7), 18th of November (week 8), 2nd of December (week 10) and finally the 9th of December (week 11).

Please complete this form with your programme details so your concert can be scheduled!

The deadline for applications is Sunday 26th October. Please complete the form in full to ensure that you are considered for a place in this concert series. We will review applications after the deadline and let you know as soon as possible whether you have been given a slot.

Please note: a University of York Music Society membership is required to perform.
