Hello!

Thanks for taking the time to participate in our discussion on women in leadership in the Asia / Pacific region. We invited you to participate, because we see you as a significant leader, role model and mentor within the OSM community ecosystem.

As you know, we're designing a women in leadership program that will launch in December 2021. The program will kick off with a 2-3 day intensive engagement (date, time and place yet to be decided), and will continue into the first 6 months of 2022 with one 2 hour webinar, and one 1 hour group mentoring session each month (subject to change). Our hope is that we'll see the cohort of 100 women emerge as leaders, a year from now.

We are looking for women leaders to be involved in the program, and there are three ways in which you can be involved:
(1) Be a trainer: work with us to co-design a women in leadership session during the 2-3 day intensive engagement [time commitment: +/- 6 hours between now and December 2022]
(2) Host a webinar: host a webinar in 2022 on a topic of your choice (eg. tell your leadership story) [time commitment: +/- 3 hours once between Jan - June 2022]
(3) Be a mentor: group mentor sessions of 5 persons approximately in 2022 [time commitment: +/- 2 hours once a month between Jan - June 2022]
