The Compassion Project
The Orot Compassion Project is a cohort-based program for Jewish communal professionals and service providers designed to build a community of practitioners to explore and cultivate a Jewish mindfulness practice. Mindfulness meditation is an approach to meeting your day-to-day life with self-awareness, acceptance and kindness that fosters greater peace and compassion in relationships with self and others. Applied professionally, mindfulness can deepen and enhance your work and can become an invaluable addition to your clinical skill set.
