In partnership with The Vermont Professionals of Color Network, United Way of Northwest Vermont is sponsoring two dedicated seats for BIPOC leaders in Common Good Vermont 's 2021-22 Nonprofit Management Certificate.

In order to qualify, applicants must work at a nonprofit in or serving Vermont communities. To apply, first confirm your membership and interest with Vermont Professionals of Color Network by completing the form below.

Please fill out the below by Monday, 9/27 at 5pm, and VT PoC will select two individuals with notification by 10/28. At that point, you will need to fill out the Certificate Program application, so please be mindful of your time capacity to do so. Things to know about the program

*You DO NOT need to have extensive experience in non-profit work to apply but your organization must be actively working in the state of Vermont.

*This is a predominately white space and we recognize the potential triggers for Global Majority non-profit staff/leaders. Please feel free to reach out to us directly with questions!

*The program will be conducted virtually between October and March.

*Time commitment: Full-day (9am-3pm) virtual sessions every 2 weeks with a break in December; 1-3 hours of work outside of course time.
