Camp Eddie Student Leadership Application

This is the application to be a part of Camp Eddie, August 19-23. Student leaders need to be available the entire week as well as a training prior to Camp. Leaders must arrive at 8:30am and stay until 4:30pm on each day of camp. Any questions? Contact Nicole at 952-212-3750.

Students entering grades 6-12 for the 2019/2020 school year can apply. Current Acts 29 leaders do not need to fill out this form but can contact Nicole or Patrick Smalley directly.

What we expect from our student leaders:
• Attendance at every day of camp from 8:30am-4:30pm.
• That you lead. You will be in charge of a small group of campers leading them through activities, games, conversations, etc. We expect you to model participation, have a positive attitude, engage your campers and build relationships with them.
• That you have fun!
• That you act as a Christian role model should.
