PAMLE Conference - PALMS Nov. 5, 2019
Do you employ a strategy in the classroom that works really well with your students? Has an administrator complimented you on a specific "something" that you do? Have colleagues asked you questions about how you do a certain "thing"? Or, maybe you just like a particular topic...
On November 5th, Palisades Middle School will be hosting the PAMLE Southeastern Regional Conference during which time educators will be sharing their best practices with each other: classroom management, lesson planning, technology integration (Canvas), centers/differentiation, mentoring, mindfulness, student voice/choice, enrichment activities, and more.
Topics will be selected for presentation in 45-minute sessions followed by a 15 minute Q & A session. Throughout the day, there will be five sessions total. Each topic will be presented twice (two sessions of the five). So, if you suggest one topic, you'll present for two blocks out of the five. If you suggest two topics, you'll present four blocks out of the five.
This is the perfect opportunity to showcase the work you are doing, while, at the same time, providing choice for colleagues.
Session proposals will be accepted until Friday, September 27. The more sessions there are, the more meaningful our time together will be.
