Payment
• A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm your date and time.
• All requests for refunds will be issued back in the original form of payment. The City of Jenks will issue a check 1-2 weeks after the initial request. This is beyond our control. Deposits are non-refundable.
• Your final balance is due one-week (7) days prior to your birthday party reservation. Failure to make payment will result in the cancellation of your booking.
• All final balances will include an 8.417% sales tax.
• Event space may be unavailable for additional time due to the next scheduled event.
• Please be aware that a $75 cleaning fee will be charged for any damages or excessive mess left in the party room.
Day Of Information
• Client may arrive up to 30 minutes before the scheduled party time to decorate.
• Members cannot use their memberships for party guest attendance. However, a membership discount has been provided for the party package in your original quote.
• Everyone attending the birthday party must be counted & paid for regardless of whether or not they plan to tour the Aquarium; it is part of the birthday party cost.
• 20 tickets are included with every birthday party package; additional tickets are $15/person when pre-purchased. Children 3 and under get free entrance, 3+ will need their own ticket. For guests purchasing admission at the door, regular admission rates will be charged.
• Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited unless ordered through our caterers, PartyServe, or our on-site café. Failure to comply will result in party termination, and you will be asked to leave the Aquarium. We will not issue a refund for the party cost.
• We do not have a fridge or freezer for public use. If you intend to bring cake or cupcakes, please plan accordingly.
• The only outside food you are permitted to bring is birthday cake, cupcakes, and cookies. All other food and beverage must go through our caterer, or you will be subject to an additional fee.

Decorations
•Guests may only use painter’s tape or poster putty to hang decorations on the walls. Failure to comply may result in an additional damage fee.
•Balloons, piñatas, confetti, glitter, decorative gems, and bubbles are strictly prohibited as they may harm the animals if accidentally put into a tank. Failure to comply may result in party termination, we will not issue a refund for the party cost.

Party packages come with 20 tickets, including the birthday guest of honor and the adult booking. Additional tickets are available for purchase.

Please note, if parents are intending to drop off their child(ren) and not stay for the party, an additional ticket is not required for the parent. 

For parents wanting to stay for the duration of the party, they will need to be accounted for in the ticket count.
