When you book a pool party with us, you'll enjoy a two-hour event complete with lifeguards on duty to ensure the safety of all your guests. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, a graduation, or just looking for a fun way to spend an afternoon with friends and family, our pool is the perfect destination.

We offer plenty of amenities to make your pool party a success, including a diving board, tables, grills, and plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. And when you're ready to take a break from the water, our shaded picnic area is the perfect spot to enjoy snacks and refreshments.

Parties can be booked at any time during pool hours (however the pool will still remain open for members). Private parties are available during off hours (Sat 10:00 AM-12:00 PM or Sat - Sun from 8:00-10:00 PM). Please see the events calendar for available dates.

Cancelation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make it easy for you to cancel your party if necessary. If you need to cancel your party, please notify us as soon as possible.

If you cancel your party due to weather conditions at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled party time, we will offer you the opportunity to reschedule your party for a later date. We will work with you to find a date that is convenient for you and your guests, and there will be no additional rescheduling fee. If you choose not to reschedule, we will issue a full refund.

If the pool cancels your party due to weather conditions, we will issue a full refund.

If you cancel your party for any reason with 48 hours notice of your scheduled party time, we will issue a full refund.

If you cancel your party for any reason with less than 48 hours notice in advance of your scheduled party time, we will issue a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.

Setup and Clean Up Policy

To ensure that our facilities remain clean and well-maintained, we ask that all party hosts adhere to the following guidelines:

  • You will have access to the party area 15 minutes prior to the start of your party to set up any decorations or additional items. If you need additional time for setup, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
  • At the conclusion of the scheduled event time, all guests must vacate the premises and all tables, chairs, and other furniture used during your party must be returned to their designated location. This includes removing any decorations and cleaning up any trash or debris. Any guests that remain beyond the scheduled party are required to sign in and must purchase a separate guest pass.
  • All guests are responsible for disposing of their own trash during the party. Trash cans will be provided for your convenience.
  • No glass bottles or containers are allowed at the pool at any time. Please plan accordingly and bring plastic or other non-glass containers.
  • If you choose to have music at your party, it must be family-friendly and appropriate for all age.

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, which will help us maintain a clean and safe environment for all our guests.
