Please fill out this short application. If applying as a team, only one member should complete the form. Applications are due by January, 31st at 11:59 PM PST. Teams will be notified of their acceptance by February 7th. Teams must be able to fund their own travel and accommodation for the workshop in order to attend. A temporary GPOPS-II license will be provided to all  participants starting a few days before the workshop and lasting the duration of the workshop.  If you have any questions about the workshop or application process, please send an email to nmsm@rice.edu.
