We offer three toddler options; a full day program and a part day morning program and a part day afternoonn program.

Full Day:
Our full day classroom runs from 8:30am - 6:00pm daily. This program is offered as a 5 day (M-F) schedule only.

Part Time:
Our morning and afternoon classrooms are offered as a 5 day (M-F) schedule only.

Cancellation Policy
In the event a family chooses to withdraw from the program, ToTH requests that families give 30 days’ notice prior to the next program session. All application fees and deposits are nonrefundable. With the exception of families called away for active military duty, ToTH is unable to refund any tuition payments already made for a given session. ToTH reserves the right to fill the remaining days before the start of the next scheduled session.
Terms and Conditions
ToTH does not discriminate in its admissions policies or in the administration of its educational policies on the basis of race, gender, national or ethnic origin, disability, religion, or sexual orientation.

We cannot guarantee admission and will do our best to offer families the schedule requested, based on availability. We will consider all complete applications received by March 1, 2020. We prioritize a balanced ratio regarding age and gender. Preference will be given to children enrolled in the current program year and who will continue for the next year, and to siblings and alumni families. Offers will be sent on March 10, 2020 and a nonrefundable deposit (equal to 10% of the full year tuition) is due by the date in your offer letter, which is sent via email. Families applying after March 1 will be added to our rolling waitlist.

Tuition is paid in three installments, one month prior to the start of each session. Fall session begins on August 31, 2020, Winter session begins on January 4, 2021, and Spring session begins on April 19, 2021.

I submit this application with a nonrefundable $100 application fee payable to Toddlers on the Hill and I understand that if offered a slot in the program, I must pay a nonrefundable deposit by the due date in my agreement to secure that slot. If there is any change to the information I have provided on this application, I will promptly update this information in writing. I have read and will abide by the policies described in this application, including ToTH deposit and cancellation policies.

Payment Information
There is a $100 one time application fee for Toddlers on the Hill. Once you have applied to either of our programs you are in our system and we just ask that you update your preferences annually if you would like to stay with us.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please note, our merchant service provider charges a 2.09% fee for processing each credit card transaction. Families will see a charge of $102.09 on their credit card statement.
