Community Digitization Day Participant Form
Nashville Queer History invites members of the public to submit historical material to our Digital Archive currently under construction. 

Our first Community Digitization Day is being held on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at the Center for Digital Humanities on Vanderbilt University's campus located at 1101 19th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37212. 

If you plan on coming to our event on 10/15, then please fill out this form to the best of your knowledge so our expert scanners can get a better idea of how much material you are bringing and in what formats. Thank you!
