Call for Mental Health Speaker Bureaus

Citizen Relations, social marketing sub-contractor for CalMHSA's Stigma and Discrimination Reduction (SDR) program, is building an SDR speaker online resource, which will include a Speaker Bureau Finder Tool. This tool will allow anyone looking for a speaker to enter their California ZIP code (and potentially other search terms such as language, area of specialty, etc.) and find the bureaus closest to them.

Our goal is to promote the availability of existing resources, which will ultimately raise awareness of mental illness and reduce stigma throughout California.

If you have an operational Speaker Bureau, and if your speaker presentations highlight the urgent need for the reduction of stigma and discrimination around mental illness, we invite you to submit your information for inclusion in our Speaker Bureau Finder Tool database. Please use the form below.
