Please prepare a written statement, which includes a thorough discussion of your inactivation and motivations for reactivating, by the third Chapter (September 15) of the academic term. Make sure to include what happened the semester you became inactive, and what steps will be taken to change this. DO NOT JUST SAY YOU WILL USE A PLANNER OR GOOGLE CALENDAR. MAKE ACTUAL CHANGES THAT WILL HELP YOU THIS SEMESTER.
Reactivation statements will be reviewed by the Membership Committee, who will then give a recommendation to the chapter.
