Point-of-Sale / Consumer Education Materials - Request Form
The Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA) provides licensed dispensaries with point-of-sale materials. Licensed dispensaries can use this form to request consumer education materials. At this time, these materials include the following:  
  • Responsible Use Brochures (English and Spanish)
  • Helpline Reusable Stickers
  • Helpline Magnets 
  • Fact Sheets 
NOTE: these items are shipped in packs of 100. 

Requests will be fulfilled as funding allows. Please provide the exact shipping address and any special delivery instructions (if applicable) in the fields below. 

Requests will be fulfilled on a rolling basis each quarter as follows:

Requests received by June 30 will ship mid July
Requests received by Sept 30 will ship mid October
Requests receives by Dec 31 will ship mid January
Requests received by March 31 will ship mid April

Note: other point-of-sale materials can be downloaded from the website, including the poster in smaller print-ready sizes as well as a digital version compatible for TV display, https://mmcc.maryland.gov/pages/cannabis_legalization.aspx.
