At RCMA Immokalee Community Academy (ICA), we are guided by a mission to empower and uplift underserved students from all backgrounds including low-income, first-generation, and migrant farmworker backgrounds. We recognize the immense potential within each child, often hidden beneath the challenges they face. Our vision is to create an inclusive and nurturing environment where these young minds flourish, not despite their cultural and linguistic diversity but because of it. We believe in the strength of dual-language education and celebrate the brilliance that emerges when students can learn in both English and Spanish.

We go beyond traditional academic support, offering a holistic approach that aims to break down educational barriers and expose students to enriching experiences. Our 100% bilingual staff (Spanish and English) deeply understand the unique challenges students face. From targeted intervention for those falling behind to propelling advanced students forward, we ensure personalized support. Recognizing that success begins at home, we offer food and health services, extending our commitment to education and well-being beyond the classroom.

Application Process

Application will be open from January 15, 2025 through February 16, 2025, concurrent with Collier County Public Schools open enrollment for schools of choice.
Complete one application for each child. If you are applying for more than one student in your family, you must fill out one application for each student.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: We welcome all student applications. Students with an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) have equal opportunity. After acceptance and prior to enrollment, administration will review your student’s IEP. If there are concerns that the school does not have the resources to provide your student with their free and appropriate education or provide the level of service indicated in your student’s IEP, you may be invited to an IEP meeting to discuss your student’s educational goals and needs and ensure that RMCA ICA is an appropriate place for them.
