I understand that I am to receive no compensation for this appearance and involvement. The Creator shall have complete ownership of the program. I give the Creator the right to use my name, likeness and biographical material to publicise the programme and the services of the Creator. The Creator may photograph/film me, my voice/likeness as well as use any written or verbal comments for the purpose of content Driven Communications Sdn Bhd’s and it’s selected business partners’ marketing activities, including but not limited to Facebook / Youtube / Instagram, and so on, as well as use my name/likeness for the purposes of news and education. I further understand the master content remains the property of the Creators and that there will be no restrictions on the number of times that my name and likeness may be used.
