We invite you to join us at our 1st Annual Back-to-School Giveaway Event.  We will have school supplies and more for children K-12 (while supplies last).  

Because we are better together we will be able to provide these children/youth with school supplies and resources they will need to make this school year a great success.

This is an outdoor event.  Vendors will be in lunch area of school site where there is an awning cover and lunch tables available for vendors to use.  Please bring a canopy for shade (awning will provide partial shade) and bring a table if you prefer.   *
Event set-up is 1:00 - 1:45 pm.  I will be ready for event to begin at 2:00 pm.  No exceptions. *
My organization will be providing a gift for a drawing give-away opportunity. (Gift basket, Gift card, etc. $25 minimum value) *
I understand that this event will be hosted on an Alvord School District site and that I will receive an additional liability waiver to sign for approval. *
