NO charges will be made to your card at time of entry and you may choose to pay with a different card, check or cash after services are rendered. This is only to guarantee and hold your reservation. You are NOT required to enter your card and may still submit this form for an appointment. As long as we have the availability we will add your appointment in our calendar, which we'll go over when contacted after submitting this form. If you are not comfortable leaving your card information but still want a guaranteed appointment, you may call us to place the appointment and make a deposit with a card over the phone. Requests for service submitted without entering card information will not be guaranteed a reservation & those who have submitted their card or made a deposit will be. Here's why: We are by appointment only. If we expect your arrival and never see or hear from you, we have no work and lose out on other business. That's not fair to us or other potential clients.

Cancellation Policy: Things come up, we know how it goes. Sometimes you just have to make a change. If you call or text us and reschedule no less than 12 hours BEFORE your appointment, no charges are made. We understand and we'll be happy to move the appointment to another day. However, in the event that you do not show up to your appointment or do not give us 48 hours notice (from time of appointment) to cancel, you will be charged a fee of $50 to the card given to compensate us for the time lost.
