Cancellation Policy And Deposits
To lock in an appointment you must place a deposit with a card over the phone or in person. You may still submit this form without first making a deposit and we will reach out to you as soon as possible to go over your request and if you choose to move forward, take a deposit at that time. Some services like paint corrections, ceramic coatings, paint protection film, lens tint, vinyl stripes or any custom work, we strongly suggest a consultation prior to making an appointment. That way we can give you the most accurate price and know exactly what you need from us. We do require a minimum of 25% for all services, unless we agree upon an amount prior to booking your appointment. Here's why: We are by appointment only. If we expect your arrival and never see or hear from you, we have no work and lose out on other business. That's not fair to us or other potential clients.
Cancellation Policy: Things come up, we know how it goes. Sometimes you just have to make a change. If you call us and reschedule more than 48 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be applied to the new appointment. We understand and we'll be happy to move the appointment to another day. However, in the event that you do not show up to your appointment or do not call to reschedule in the above mentioned timeframe, you will forfeit the deposit given. All deposits are non-refundable.
