Shaker Youth Football – Coach With Us: Coaching Application
Thank you for your interest in coaching with Shaker Youth Football. Our program is committed to building strong athletes, strong teammates, and strong young leaders through positive coaching, safety, accountability, and player development. All coaches and volunteers are expected to uphold the standards and values of the organization, complete required background checks, and comply with all league safety requirements. Please complete the application below in full.

Coaches earn $500 for the season if they can attend 75% of the team practices and games.  If a coach has a player or players in the program, they also get 50% off the registration fees.  If travel is required, there is a $50 gas reimbursement for the round trip and a $75 hotel & meal per diem per night.  If a coach attends less than 75% of the team activities, then the season coaching stipend is adjusted downward (50%-75%=$300.  25%-50%=$150. <25%=$0.)  

All certifications and background checks are paid for by Shaker Youth Football League.
