Some points to note:
The Festival area is free from sugar sweetened beverages. We will provide food vendors with bottled water at a very low cost because we also want to protect your business.
We need to be consistent with approving Food Stalls. We need evidence for the Council if you have a mobile traders license. If your base is outside of Dunedin, your local licence is usually acceptable.  Out of town traders - please send us a copy and, if it’s easy for Dunedin based traders send a copy too. Otherwise your License details should be enough.
If you are a Food Provider without a Mobile Trader’s licence you must complete the Food at Events form.

Food and Amusement Devices
There is a charge of $30 for for stallholders serving food or operating an Amusement Device. If you are serving food or operating an Amusement Device at the Festival fill out the appropriate DCC form and remit fees made payable to “South Dunedin Street Festival”It is your responsibility to ensure that you follow the guidelines and comply with DCC policy standards!Evidence is required that food produced for sale at the South Dunedin Street Festival has been prepared in a licensed food premises. A copy of the clearance must be submitted to South Dunedin Street Festival convenors. (This requirement does not apply to any fresh fruit and vegetable vendors).
