MAGD EXPO Submission Form - CLOSED
The Expo will be at the UC, Hamilton Room.

Please complete the following form below to submit to the 2018 MAGD Expo.

There is a $3 per participant (not per project) fee. All members of the team will need to remit payment to the Communication Department office (HE 406) (cash or check). Do not remit funds until you receive notification that your project was accepted for Expo. There is no maximum number of entries per person or team. Entry fee money is used to cover Expo costs and prizes only. Checks should be made out to 'UW-Whitewater Communication Department'

Provide a link to your project. This can be a google drive, web portfolio, or direct download link. If it's a file to download, please compress it (example: a zip file).
Representative Photo *
Provide a representative photo of your work. This will be part of the expo slideshow and judges' packet. For audio submissions, provide an image with title and your name (and can be more visually interesting). Acceptable Formats in include JPEG, PNG, GIF, PDF. Max file size: 10MB. **Include the Project's Name and Submitter's Name in the Filename. Example: "Overwatch - Jeff Kaplan.jpg"
Do you require a poster wall to hang a poster/art work? *

Wall outlets are very limited. You will have to bring your own extension cable (and power strip if you need more than one outlet).
Never submit passwords through Google Forms.
