Are you interested in joining WRFL? Do you want to become a WRFL DJ and host your own on-air show or volunteer at the station? Sign up here for WRFL's DisOrientation!

WRFL's DisOrientation is where you'll learn what being a part of WRFL is all about. WRFL is the University of Kentucky's student-run radio station, but you don't have to be a student to become a WRFL DJ or volunteer. All UK students, faculty and staff, as well as members of the Lexington community, are welcome to join WRFL and get involved!

WRFL's DisOrientation takes place 3 times per year, usually a few weeks after the beginning of the fall, spring, and summer semesters. If you want to become a WRFL DJ, you'll attend and complete training throughout the rest of the semester, and then you'll be ready to host your own show! Please be aware that most new shows on WRFL start out in the overnight hours.

Once you submit this form, we will keep your contact information on file and our Membership Director will get in touch with you ahead of the next DisOrientation. In the meantime, if you have any questions about DJ training or joining WRFL, please email membership@wrfl.fm.
