The Board of Directors supervises Team Splits. Teams are divided as equal as possible into multiple colors including Blue, White, Black or Silver. The Board of Directors assigns team colors to each coach. All siblings are assigned to the same color/team unless otherwise requested or team color is not available. Only one football coach per team may participate in the draft. Registration rosters are available the day of the first evaluations. Each football player must play a minimum of 5 plays per half.

All Teams will be required to have at least one entire day of field duty for the season. It is the coach’s responsibility that all volunteers show up for their scheduled duties. Each Grade level will be required to help man gates for 1 Friday Night Varsity Game. Coaches also acknowledge you may be asked to volunteer on behalf of the organization for any other charitable or community events that the Wee Panther’s Football Inc. is associated with. COACH’S CODE OF ETHICS *
I hereby pledge to provide positive support, care and encouragement for the children participating in youth sports by following the WOJFC Coach’s Code of Ethics. In addition to the WOJFC coach’s code of ethics, I recognize that by applying, I am willingly accepting the responsibilities and standards of conduct expected by WPFI. Specifically, and in addition to the WOJFC Coach’s Code of Ethics, the WPFI standard of conduct EXPECTS that all applicants positively represent themselves (as extensions of WPFI) via ANY and ALL social / digital media vehicles (EX: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snap Chat, Yappi, Blogs etc.) This expectation is not limited to the duration of playing season, nor current sport being applied for. Any negative attention generated via social/digital media by applicants may result in decline of application.
