ANONYMOUS REPORTING SITE FOR APU EMPLOYEES
APU strives to be a Christian educational institution that conducts business and relationships in a manner that is honoring to God, ethical, and legal. This APUSafeReporting.com site is a venue for any APU employee to anonymously report improper activities that are not in alignment with this goal.

APU's Whistleblower Policy (Section 3.17 of the Employee Handbook) governs both the reporting and investigation of allegations of suspected improper or unlawful activities and the protection of whistleblowers from retaliation. It describes the procedures for investigation of known or suspected illegal activities or violation of University policy with respect to conflicts of interest, financial reporting, or management of University resources, and addressing complaints of retaliation for raising such issues. To anonymously report improper activities in accordance with APU's Whistleblower Policy:
1) Complete the form below, or
2) Call 1-626-334-2089.

Your concern will be directed to the Office of the General Counsel. PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT YOUR REPORT WILL BE ANONYMOUS. Your email and IP address will not be tracked, as the form has been set up to ensure anonymity. Using either of these anonymous reporting channels mentioned will ensure that your identity will not be known to APU unless you choose to include your contact information.

If you would like a response, please include your contact information. Please note that if you include your contact information, your submission will no longer be anonymous. Please be advised that choosing not to provide contact information may limit the University's ability to investigate.
