1.High School Junior or Senior in the DMV2.Time Commitment: 1-2 hours per week in February 2-3 hours per week in March 3-5 hours per week in April and May3. Dependable, responsible, able to work on a team4. Will work respectfully and cooperatively with everyone on the Pride Prom team (e.g., fellow students, NOVA Pride volunteers/staff/board), and not defame, harass, bully, or otherwise disrespect anyone on the team.5. Will check and respond to communications from the Pride Prom team promptly, maintaining open communication with the Pride Prom team6. Will share NOVA Pride Prom social media and email passwords with NOVA Pride Board (with understanding that such reverts back to NOVA Pride Prom following each year's events)7. Will help with publicity and encourage students within my school and county to attend the epic event8. Will work with NOVA Pride Prom Board to promptly post pictures after the event9. Will conduct themselves in a way that maintains the positive image and reputation of NOVA Pride, its Board and Volunteers, and fellow Student Leadership.10. Understand that selection for Student Leadership is a privilege, and failure to comply with expectations or fulfill assigned responsibilities may result in removal from Student Leadership Team.
