Giving Bean Seller ID Request
Thank you for your interest in Lincoln East Vocal Music Boosters' fall fundraiser with Giving Bean! Please complete the following information so we can get you set up to sell Giving Bean products and raise money to cover fees.

Please note, the information in this form is being collected by Jill Swank, fundraising chair. I will provide seller name and your chosen contact email to Giving Bean, and all other information will not be shared, and will be used for contacting you about ordering/delivery issues only, if needed.

Students choosing to sell products with Giving Bean as part of their paperless (and COVID approved!) sales system will share a link to a website and give their seller ID to people wanting to support them. Supporters will order and pay online. If you prefer, you have the option take orders and collect the payment, then place the online order under your name and pay with your personal credit card. Before Thanksgiving, the products will be delivered to the Boosters and students will pick up items and deliver to their supporters. PLEASE NOTE: If families share their website link, and orders come in from a supporter out of state, it will be your responsibility to deliver the product to them. THERE IS NO DIRECT SHIPPING to your supporters. You will deliver all of the items that you sell. Please consider using safe ways to deliver product such as "doorstep deliveries" or other contactless ways to get product to your supporters. *
