- I understand, as the parent and or Guardian, I am responsible for providing transportation to and from the activities.
- I understand that I may be responsible for parking as it may not be provided during the clinic.
- I understand that only my child/children will be permitted to participate on the on-field activities, while I/ we as the parents and guardians must remain in the assigned section and seating provided by the PNC Park.
- I understand if necessary there will be PNC Park and Perfect Pitch staff on site to assist in basic first aid in the event of an accident or injury. Parents and Guardians would be responsible for any event needing greater medical attention.
- I understand that the event will be staffed by PNC Park security in order for everyone to have a great experience, and any unruly behavior will not be tolerated during the duration of the event.
- I understand that a baseball glove WILL NOT be provided and my child/ children must bring their own glove to participate? All other equipment will be provided during the clinic.
- I understand that NO Spiked shoes of any kind permitted are on the field.
- I understand I will sign a Pittsburgh Pirates waiver before entry to the event.
- I give perfect pitch permission to photograph and video my child for Public Relations purposes.
