Solidarity Network Y?! Trainings: Sustainability Activism Part 1
This year, Solidarity Network Y?! is organizing a series of four training sessions. These events are open to anyone interested - inside or outside of the network.
This workshop is aimed to empower brave people to navigate change, find meaning in despair, learn some tips & tricks about human denialism as well as face their emotional turbulence.
Through two meetings of two hours, we will discuss/work through personal, interpersonal and system changes around and inside us.
Your sorrow, grief, joy and anger will be welcomed with psychological and counselling tools where we will create safe spaces and (re)define resilience.
The first training session will take place on Monday, 27th of September, 7 - 9 PM EET (Baltics time), on Zoom.
The second session will take place on Wednesday, 29th of September, also from 7 - 9 PM EET, on Zoom.
Connection details are sent out via e-mail 1 hour before the event, and your e-mail address will only be used to send those details out.
Note! The training will be held in English, however, translation is possible.
