Our number one priority remains the health and safety of our community. We will continue opening the studio for a limited number of students for some classes on a weekly basis. We are continuing to offer remote & recorded classes with a 7 day expiry. Please refer to this key when looking for a class that meets your preferences:
V = virtual class via Zoom (Recordings available with 7 day expiry, if time of live class doesn't sync with your schedule.)
IP = in person class (Masks are currently optional for all in-person students regardless of vaccination status. Please do not attend classes in person if you have symptoms. If you test positive, please wait 10 days before returning to in person classes. Mask protocols subject to change.)
In-person yoga classes will have limited space, so you may be required to reserve your spot weekly. Students registered for virtual classes will receive Zoom links prior to the session. Please indicate if you wish to receive the recording of a virtual class on a regular basis.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS! Enrollment in the Winter Session includes BONUS 12/28 virtual HOLIDAY YOGA CLASS at 6:30 PM.
