Goddard Alumni Weekend Funding Request Form
This form is intended to help Goddard alumni who are in need of financial support to attend the 2017 Alumni Weekend Residency. Your information will remain private and protected. While we would like to help cover all of your cost, we are dedicated to help minimize the expense for many and therefore, have a funding cap set at $400/alumni/ae. Please complete the form below to express your estimated funding need and we will do our best to reach it. Remember, the deadline for requests is September 1, 2017.

The event registration fee - $150 - is a base cost, per person, which includes: meals for the weekend, campus staff, and programming. If you are you requesting funds for this, enter amount below.
