Join the Soul Food Project Advisory Council!

Soul Food Project seeks 12 passionate community members to join our Advisory Council. This group helps guide our work by sharing input, advice, and feedback to make sure we’re truly meeting the community’s needs.

The council focuses on food justice and urban farming, especially tackling barriers like access to land, water, resources, and funding. We’re looking for folks who live or work in neighborhoods near our farm sites, with a focus on Keystone-Millersville, Martindale-Brightwood, and Irvington (zip codes 46205, 46218, and 46219).

🔹 Who can apply?
We’re prioritizing applicants who live and/or work around our farms (46205, 46218, 46219) to ensure the council reflects the voices of people directly impacted by our work. If you’re into food justice, food systems, nonprofits, or social justice—this is for you.

🔹 Meeting details:
We meet quarterly on the second Wednesday of the month. Members receive a $100 stipend per meeting.
Meeting months: May, August, November, and February
