The renter understands that:
1. This form DOES NOT
guarantee a reservation.
2. Reservations are only guaranteed AFTER receipt of a confirmation email from the Clubhouse Manager.
3. A reservation request must be submitted at least 48-hours PRIOR to event.
4. Clubhouse reservations are available on a first come, first served basis.
5. The renter is financially responsible for all
damages incurred by renter and their guests, and fees will be paid to the HOA within 48-hours after the event. (Only Painters Tape is allowed on surfaces -- NO Pins or Masking Tape, Duct Tape, Cloth Tape, Scotch Tape, Gaffers Tape, Packing Tape, etc. as it ruins paint and leaves a residue.)
6. Reservations lasting more than four hours must pay $25 for each additional hour via check (NOT PAYPAL) payable to "The Willows HOA" and submit to the clubhouse office door mail slot within 48-hours after receiving a confirmation email from the Clubhouse Manager or your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
7. The maximum allowed reservation is eight hours per day.
8. Residents can reserve the clubhouse up to three times per month.
9. The renter must complete ALL tasks on the cleaning form which is located in the file folders in the kitchen, and will submit it to the clubhouse office door mail slot prior to leaving.
***If the clubhouse has not been satisfactorily cleaned as outlined on the form, the renter will pay $50 per hour for any cleaning required.***
10. The renter and all guests agree to abide by the rules which are posted inside the entry way of the clubhouse behind the locked glass display case.
